Went for an oil change, and the front desk guy called me “cupcake” and “sweetheart”. Will never be coming back here. Heard good things and had a great experience in the past with the owner himself. Front desk guy was extremely rude and I will be filing a sexual harassment complaint with the owner. NEVER go here unless you can contact the owner directly!!!

First time customer wowed by efficiency, value, and speed. Brought in my vehicle with a diagnosis from another shop. 5-star quoted the best price, confirmed the diagnosis, and got it done by noon as promised. Cost was even less than original estimate. Professional and friendly.

Called to get a general inspection of my kinda old Prius. No specific issue but wanted it to be in good shape before passing to my kiddo. Brian picked up my call, got me an appt next day. Like, wow. It’s located in a mini strip next to “little swimmers”. For the price of an oil change and fluid top offs, a general inflection was included. I was told my tires were on its last legs and I agreed as Costco just told me the same. My whole appt took 1 hr, enough time to walk to Costco and eat a lunch worths of samples. The coat was extremely reasonable, the staff was friendly and helpful, the office was clean (I’ve never seen magazines called garden and guns) , and it was a great experience. Highly recommend. Special shout out to Brian, whom everyone seems to appreciate.
