You guys are awesome as always, thanks for getting the oil changes on two cars painless and quick. Thanks!
Brain and Brian always give customer friendly service, fair prices, and they stand completely behind their work.
Brian and Five Star have been servicing my cars for some number of years. They always do good work, have taken good care of my cars, and are good people while doing so. I plan on continuing using Five Star for my car servicing.
Great service
I am really pleased with the service I receive from 5 Star. The last time I took my car in I had a couple of recommended things done, and now my son reports that the car (17-yr old RAV4) runs much better than it has in years.
Great work and fast
I can't thank Brian and his team at Five Star Automotive for always providing the best service and service I can trust. Their customer service skills are spot on and they always finish on time. I highly recommend this business for your automotive needs.
referred by a friend. best referral ever! all repairs I needed were done quickly and to perfection. kept me updated daily. great service, great people. this will be my go to shop from now on.
I have recommended this shop to everyone I know, they are the absolute best! Honest , very reasonable priced, excellent work, and always accommodating. A true five star!
I've had my car there twice now. And I sold service for a good part of my working life. Which means I was the guy that gave you the bad news about your car. But I was always honest about it. And I cater to every one of my customers. My boss is cried when I left because they were making a lot more money because of me.. I only tell you that so when I say that I've been here twice and I was very satisfied. Trust me I am never satisfied with an auto reply replace these days usually. There's very few honest ones out there I worked for Goodyear. And in both my owner and manager were honest. And helpful to their customers. Otherwise you don't sell somebody $2,000 worth of work it's our car is only worth a thousand or 1500 you could let him know and then you tell them it's not worth it. So yes I really like this job I like the first time I went in the guy was real friendly Brian and Brian the to the owner and operator. This time it was my mother's car. And trust me no shop is cheap. Seiko By A Thing called book rate. All the shops have a book. That says how much time it takes for whichever jobs are could possibly be on your car. Sounds of the year make model of the whole shebang. Book rate is about four or five times longer than it actually takes to do something. And it's not unfair necessarily. Because it's made that way so the shops can cover their insurance and all the other extra costs that are incurred and owning a shop. Although when I sold service. I usually cut some hours off of book rate and I would explain to my customers how I could do that. But there's not many people that like me. The way I figure it to better your customers are happy with what you're doing. Charging a little less actually ends up making them so much more loyal customers. So as far as this day in age it's always going to be expensive at a shop. Never let your wife call or if you're a woman get one of your guy friends to call or bring your car in. And listen to what they say when they tell you their estimate. I mean the guy. Trust me I'm Pro feminist. I love all the ladies out there. That's why I'm telling you to do it this way. Some shops don't even realize that there are screwing over a person the woman. Even though they really are. I'll give you an example but this post has been too long. You can always ask a question and I'll answer it. Especially about automotive repair and
