Brian helped me diagnose an issue that stumped another local service for 2 days in 1 hour! He quoted me $145 diagnostic estimate but then only charged me $90 for time he actually spent! WOW! that is called honesty! Then he was able to help me to get the other shop to cover my costs to fix a botched repair they did! This required several phone calls and emails which were done promptly, I am so impressed with Five Stars' responsiveness, honesty and value! Will be bringing BOTH my cars here from now on!
