We have taken our 3 cars to Five Star and found them to be very honest. They have kept my 2003 Toyota AWD V6 Highlander in tip top shape. I have been wanting to replace the suv, but there is nothing wrong on it. My spreadsheet shows that I have spent $16,135.84 since I purchased the suv 14 years ago. This includes all maintenance, starter, time chains, tires, etc. Thank you Brian and Brian.

Five Star certainly lives up to their name! They knew exactly what was causing the noise my car was making and turned it around the same day. I will definitely continue to use them when needed, but hopefully that won't be for a while :p

I have had occasion to take my Honda Pilot to 5 Star Automotive for a variety of reasons, on a number of occasions while working in the area at one of the local high schools. Each and every time it was a very satisfying and worry free experience. As a woman, I have always been reticent to trust automotive repair shops, and so it was a joy to find a place that was honest, easy to work with, and always, always treated me with respect and never ever did work without explaining what, why and how much, thoroughly and fairly, each and every time. I felt completely at ease whenever there was a need for car care. Their reliability, dependability, efficiency, knowledge, courtesy, accuracy, integrity and respect are beyond measure. You will always be given a fair deal, good work, and fast efficient service. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. I would send my own family here for car service, and would recommend it to anyone who wants good, hardworking service without any doubt each and every time you bring your automobile in, no matter what the problem!! I have moved to Reno, NV recently, but when I come home to visit family in the Bay Area, I would go out of my way to leave my vehicle here for any reason. One of the main things I miss about California is the dependability of 5 Star Automotive and the Giants!! Truly!!!
