I started taking my 2005 Saturn to Five Star a couple of years ago after I took it to the GM dealer for an oil change and the dealer told me it was time for my 90K service.I found out THERE's NO SUCH THING as a 90K service for the car. When it hit 100,000 miles, Five Star did the service for $500 less than GM's estimate. I've been going there ever since, and now take my 2002 T-bird to them as well. They're easy to deal with, they are HONEST and they make it right if something is wrong. Brian & Brian are the auto mechanics you hope to find but seldom do. Glad I found them.

I have always been satisfied with the service at 5 Star, and especially recently they have been going above and beyond in dealing with a no-longer-running vehicle of mine, as well as servicing another (even took initiative to ask the tire guys next door to give me an estimate). Always trustworthy and will explain the problems and solutions in detail, so I never feel like they are "putting one over" on me. When money is tight, they will also tell you what the highest priorities are to fix, especially when it comes to safety. Great guys!

I took my car in for an oil change. I decided to go for a walk while it was being done. The owner told me it would take about 40 minutes. I got a phone call while I was walking. It was the owner telling me that my car was ready. His call came exactly 40 minutes after I left his shop! NOW THAT IS GOOD SERVICE!!

Great service at a good price. They keep my 2003 Highlander running and running. To top it off, my license plate has always rattled and they took the time to fix it at no charge. I have been taking my cars here for years and am much happier than when I took then to the dealership.
