I Recently got my grandmother's Toyota running again. 5 Star was third shop I'd brought it to. I had problems shortly after bringing it home from the two other shops. After letting it sit for quite a few years, I brought it to 5 Star. After paying them LESS than I paid the other two repair shops, I was amazed. My 40-year-old car started right up, and continues to do so. It sounds like it did when Nana drove it. On the freeway not long after 5 Star had repaired it, it stalled. I had it towed back. The next day they called me, and told me the distributer cap they had installed was defective, and they just needed to put on a new one. Knowing that the defective distributer cap was not their fault, I asked how much it would be to put on the new one. Brian told me there was no charge. They would be getting the new part later that day and I could pick my car up that evening. It would have been so easy for them to charge me for some vague repair. Instead, I was met with refreshing Honesty and Integrity. From that moment 5 Star had my business Forever. Nana would have been So Pleased, and for that, I am so thankful to Brian, Brian, and all the other mechanics at 5 Star. Saara - Martinez
