I brought my 93 Jeep Grand Cheerokee into Five Star Auto for a bad pulley bearing on my fan belt. They knew I was dealing with an old car and looking out for high priority, single points of failure issues. They did not try to upsell me on minor but expensive fixes that will always exist in an old beater car. These guys rock!

It's a small little place with BIG results! And with my memebership program to maintain my whole household of cars I saved alot of $$$. I can depend on their service they are thorough and my cars will last along time if I continue to take them to Five Star. I don't have to worry about unnecessary repairs and unexpected costs. I recently brought my car in for an oil change and had a concern about my brakes.Brian suggested I check with Toyota to see if the repair was covered under my warranty.It wasn't, so I returned to 5 Star and had my brakes inspected.My car was up on the rack within a few minutes of me dropping it off and I had a call within an hour on the recommended fixes.They made the repairs quickly and were affordable!I trust the staff at 5 Star to not make repairs that are not necessary.They are professional and courteous at all times.I recommend Five Star Automotive to anyone.

You were supposed to send me a estimate on how much it would be to finish fixing my truck although I am a not understanding why I would have to pay again to get this fixed since it wasn't fixed thoroughly the first time? I understand it is a different part and agree I should have to pay for the new part but I shouldn't in my opinion need to pay for the labor since it was missed by you the first time. I am hoping we can come to some sort of agreement on this for sure. Please let me know what the part will cost when it can be ordered and how much the total will be and we can try to go from there, as you are aware we only have one vehicle and I am on disability and my son works at wendys so it may be a while before I can bring it in but I do need to start saving for the part as soon as possible. But as I told you when I was in there last you are the only people who haven't tried to take advantage of me and for that I am grateful and will recommend you to all my friends and acquaintances. Again thank you and will be looking forward to hearing from you soon.
