I have been with Five Star Auto for years and was recommended by a friend who has been with them even longer. They always follow-though and get the job doen and are always pleasant to work with.

The ease of getting in and out was impessive.

Had my van serviced on the 11th and it was done in a short time and issues were told to me so I could take care them or have warrenty work done and completed. I always know where I stand in the service of my cars with 5 star.

I previously reviewed this establishment for work that I thought was sub-par. After my review I was contacted by the owner of the establishment regarding my review. He offered to investigate the information in my review and that he was sorry for my experience. I was not interested in having this done due to that fact that the work had been done some time ago. I was pleasantly surprised at this gesture of good will and because of that I am updating my rating.

This was my first visit, a referral from a neighbor. I would gladly refer my friends too! Brian explained to me what he thought the problem was with my car in great detail. Turns out it was something far less drastic and less expensive. I'm pretty sure any other mechanic might not have been so honest.
