I was referred to 5 Star by an auto body shop. It is the best referral I've ever gotten. I brought my 2000 Dodge in to have its 60K mile check. There were things I thought had to be done, that I knew would be expensive, however many of them I found out didn't really need to be done. As so many of us know mechanics are notorious for adding work that is completely unnecessary to increase the cost. 5 Star is NOT one of these. Since bringing in my Dodge, I have brought in two of my other cars, and received the same outstanding service. 5 Star truly lives up to its name. Made a same day appointment. They delivered on time. Brian is super efficient and remembered all the work done on my last visit. They are very honest which is hard to come by these days. Every time I took my car to the dealership for service, they took me out to their lot and tried to sell me a new car. I have recommended Five Star to my co-workers.

These guys go way beyond what is acceptable at a reasonable price. Have brought in multiple cars (over the last couple years) as well as had them inspect a car or two that I was looking to possibly buy. Always reliable and consistent in my experience but have numerous friends who use them also with similar results.

I go to 5 stat because I trust them. They are not going to sell you services that you don't need.

I limped my Subaru in to the shop on Tuesday morning with a failed fuel pump. By 9AM I had an estimate...I was supposed to pick up my children by 2:30 that day, and when I asked for a rush on the job, Brian told me it would be ready by 2PM. He was wrong, however, and it was ready by 1PM! Thanks for the excellent service on short notice.
