I have been taking my vehicles to Five Star for years, for regular maintenance as well as for repairs. I wanted to take my truck in for a thorough inspection and maintenance before my wife and I tow our trailer to Oregon for an extended trip. Brian scheduled a convenient appointment for me to drop it off. During the inspection and routine maintenance he noticed that one of the wheels definitely needed the bearings replaced and called me with what it would cost to replace them and that he could get it done the same day. He is always up front about what is really needed and what it will cost before doing any repair work. I approved the work and the truck was ready for pick up that afternoon. I am sure he saved me from a major problem on the road. I am in my 70's and have had a lifetime of experience dealing with different auto repair shops and dealerships and know when I am dealing with an honest, competent, and pleasant person and reputable shop. Brian and Five Star checks all the boxes and is why I have been going to Five Star for over 15 years. The name says it all.
