I called late in the week for some maintenance work on my car and Brian squeezed in an appointment for me even though they were busy . This is not the first time they (there are two Brians) have made accommodations to help me out. More recently I called to say the tailgate on my truck wouldn't lock so they said to come by and they would look at it. When I did Brian (the owner) fixed it and didn't charge me. Those are the most recent reasons I have been taking my vehicles to Five Star for many years. They do great work, provide great customer service and you can trust them to be fair. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding work and Customer Service!!!! My car didn’t pass the smog check due to a faulty sensor. They worked with my schedule to replace the sensor and reset the system so I wouldn’t have to. Exceeded my expectations! Nice guys. Highly recommend!!!!

Five star automotive is simply just that, five stars! From the moment I called for a quote to the moment the work was completed, the service and professionalism by Brian and his team was top notch. They performed routine scheduled maintenance on my Lexus- the price was reasonable and they worked really fast! Vehicle had starting problem. Replaced the battery and that wasn’t the issue. Had the vehicle towed into Five Star, tow truck driver told me it was the starter after hitting it with hammer. Brian at Five Star couldn’t confirm and did not push the replacement. He said he couldn’t guarantee it was the issue. I asked him to go ahead and replace it anyway. Later in the day it wouldn’t start and he hit the starter again. He called to let me know that he confirmed it was the starter. What I appreciate was that he wanted to be sure and did not push a repair on me. I always use them, and 100% trust and recommend them
