My daughter had an issue with the steering feeling it was pulsing, the mechanic diagnosed it as a bad “o” ring and replaced the o ring instead of an estimate to replace the power steering pump. A little while later the radiator was leaking, when Brian said it needed replacement, I trusted that it needed replacement. I feel I can trust Five Star Auto service Lou Rizza

As far as the repair of my vehicle goes, Five Star always exceeds my expectations. And once again, they have succeeded to do so. Five Star Automotive is undoubtedly the best auto repair organization I have ever dealt with. Brian Smith and Brian Andrews, the owners, are smart, fair and honest. Went in with a list of things I wanted done, Brian took the list and later called and said they checked on the things I thought I needed done. Found out that only some of them were actually needed. Saved my some money and they finished all on one day. Will definitely return for all my service needs.

Been going to 5 star for years. From my parents’ Pontiac transport, to my first car in college (Nissan 240sx), and now my CRV. Just a bunch of honest guys who enjoy fixing cars. Both Brians have always been great to work with. I Highly recommend them…so much so, that now my husband goes to them to get his car serviced as well. ☺️
