My daughter had an issue with the steering feeling it was pulsing, the mechanic diagnosed it as a bad “o” ring and replaced the o ring instead of an estimate to replace the power steering pump. Went in with a list of things I wanted done, Brian took the list and later called and said they checked on the things I thought I needed done. Found out that only some of them were actually needed. Saved my some money and they finished all on one day. Will definitely return for all my service needs.
