I’ve used Five Star Auto in Concord for a number of years and have been happy with the service. I don’t know much about cars but, Brian explains things in terms I understand. He has good communication skills and is easy to work with. Even though this business is an hour away from my home, I use this business because they been able sort out my repsir problems in the past.

Brain and his team have been caring for my cars since 2010. The service has always been excellent. What I appreciate the most is the way Brian treats me. He is very honest about what I need to keep my car running well. I have never felt misled or talked into doing extra stuff that’s not truly necessary. Brian saved my 2006 Subaru when the engine suffered multiple cylinder misfire damage while driving on the 242. I was lucky enough to be able roll the limping vehicle down the ramp to 5-Star Automotive. He rewired the ignition and got me on the road again. He's been super helpful and most recently checked out my electrical system free of charge. Thanks Brian!
