Five Star Auto really helped me when I ran over something on the freeway. I called. They said come now. This was after two other auto shops said come next week. I was on my way to Tahoe, so "come now" was very important. They put my car up on a lift, fixed the problem and even checked my fluids and tire pressure, since I was going on a trip. These guy are wonderful!

Another shout out to Five Star Auto! I brought my car in for routine maintenance and again got great, honest and friendly service. While there I mentioned that my truck's glove box door latch was broken. Brian looked up the part and said it wasn't made anymore for that year's model. He said he would try to find a used glove box door, but to bring the truck in anyway to see if there was a way to fix it. That's the kind of service you get at Five Star, they go out of their way to help you.

I took my 2002 PT Cruiser for oil leaks, brakes, shocks and other things. Brian was so polite, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and patient with me. He kept me posted as to the progress of the repairs. I’m very pleased with the results. I had been looking for a good mechanic shop and I found one. I give everyone there - Brian and the mechanics 5 Stars. I will always use them for both my cars in the future ( I also have a 2004 CTS Cadillac). Thank you to everyone!
