I have been going to the Brians’ for two years now. Being a woman I’m always fearful of being taken advantage of, but that is not a worry I have with them. My Acura MDX (Denzel) radiator went out two years ago. I paid $2,000 at the Acura dealer to have it repaired. The very next day the car died while I was driving. When I returned to the Acura dealer they told me the car would cost $10,000 to fix and recommended I buy a new car. I had the car towed one block to Five Star and they fixed the problem and some extras for $2,000. Denzel has been running great since then. Five Star Automotive knows more about Acura’s than Acura. My next car will be a Lexus and I’m taking that to Five Star Automotive as well. I’d give them six stars if it were an option.

My 18-year-old RAV4 was cutting out a lot and it turned out that it needed a new alternator. Five Star replaced it and now it works fine. They are really good, and professional.

The nicest people I’ve ever encountered in a business. Completely trustworthy. They make you feel like you are the most important customer they have. I’ve been going there for many years and I’m very happy with the service and the value.

Five Star has been servicing my cars for 15yrs. I have been continuously impressed with the honest, dependable and perfect I receive every single time. My schedule is busy so I always make an appointment in advance. Brian checks me in and makes sure the work is done that afternoon. Questions, if any, I have after the service are promptly answered to my satisfaction. I have never been so pleased with a shop.
