They are thorough and keep me well informed about the service and repairs that my car needs and do not perform the repairs without informing me first of what is needed and getting my authorization to proceed with the work recommended. June 08 2020 I don’t like taking my vehicle to shops to have work done. They too often damage a vehicle and say the damage was already there. They can be down right jerks. It was time to replace my timing belt, water pump, A/C belt, radiator cap, anti freeze, accessory belt and belt tensioner. My car is a 2003 SRT-4 with 82,000 miles on it. My car is in mint condition it does not even have swirl marks. Brian owns 5 Star Automotive and ask him to be careful with my car and he was. No damage was done to my car. A drive my car to his shop with a light layer of dust on it. When I picked up my car I could see it was not touched any where in the body work.
